Private Infrared Sauna Sessions

Service Description

Our infrared sauna comes with LED light options, a reading light if you want to bring a book, and also surround sound, so you can enjoy a nice meditation, listen to your favorite music, or enjoy our television options.  Your private session will be in a room with a door, ensuring complete privacy. We will supply cooling towels and water.  SUGGESTION: We suggest trying a facial and/or bacial in combination with your sauna session. Because the sauna penetrates a deeper layer of the body's tissue and will open the pores, doing a cleanse will be perfect for the skin. The add-on service will be an additional 30 minutes, making your session 1 full hour.  HEALTH WARNING - Those with hight blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, or pregnant, should avoid this activity. Please speak with your doctor before using any type of sauna. HOW IT WORKS - Our infrared sauna works by using heating panels (that uses low EMF) to warm your body directly - similar to that produced by the sun, but without the harmful UV radiation. The temperatures in our infrared sauna is lower than those in traditional saunas (generally around 140-150 degrees fahrenheit - the temperature can be lowered if needed), making it a more comfortable and less intense experience. - Infrared Saunas not only help us unwind, clear our minds and relax - but there are several scientific studies on the health benefits of infrared saunas. Some of the benefits include; assistance with burning calories, the ability to speed up wound healing, detoxification of the body, improved cardiovascular health, pain relief, fights chronic fatigue - improves sleep, boost immunity, lung function, and offer multiple benefits, including benefits to the skin. Let's talk a little more about the skin benefits. SKIN BENEFITS - Aids in clearing up clogged pores that cause breakouts on your face and body, improves skin tone & texture, assist in the removal of dead skin cells, and decreases inflammation - which may prevent the spread of acne and reduce acne scars. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule , it must be done 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. If cancellation or reschedule is not 24hrs prior to appointment, deposit is non refundable and can not be transferred to new booking. "No Show" penalty is deposit amount (this fee cannot be put towards a future service) and will require full payment upfront for appointment reschedule.
